Policy

SHIPPING -  
Once you place your order, you will shortly receieve an email from me confirming your order. Our processing times are 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped through USPS! Please note that I am not responsible for any damages during the shipping process.

RETURN/REFUND -
Lure collection does not offer any refunds! All sales are final, and we do not offer returns/ refunds. If you have any issue(s) with your order, please contact me!

INCORRECT ADDRESS -
When you are placing your order, please  make sure that you are putting the correct address in because if the package ships to the wrong house, you will have to pay a fee of $4 to reship the item.

INCOMPLETE ADDRESS -
If you put an incomplete address with your order, I will send you an email within a few hours. If you haven't responded to the email in the span of 24 hours, then I will send you a text message (If you put a phone number). So if you put an incomplete address, please be on the lookout for a message from me. You can also just email. Please include the name on the order, the order number, and the correcting address.
